I tend not to like these types of movies, but I loved this one. I thought the dialogue was exceptionally well done. The only issue I have with the film is the lack of explanation of how Pants got into the apartment.

I watched the first 20 to 30 minutes and then skipped to the end. As far as premise and story structure goes, I felt the character did not consider all options. It was established from the opening scenes that she was tough and a risk taker, but there was not enough evidence of her being able to handle Russia and KGB. She should have tried contacting at least one government agency. My thoughts were, "Who is she supposed to be?" In addition, the conversation with her cop friend should not have been so relaxed. He didn't make much effort to try and possibly save her life, so why should I care about the character, he didn't care much.

The conversation with the brother outside their mother's house was a too nonchalant. A real life conversation between siblings who had different sentiments about a father who deserted the family would have contained more palpable emotion. I think it was the best opportunity for the main character to explain how she felt about her father.

One reason I stopped watching was the pace of the movie. I felt that the pace was too slow for the amount of information offered about the situation and characters and I was not learning much about the main character.

I found this script to be quite impressive. I could not find any glaring flaws in this script. It was very well written. Even though the premise features a 21 year old woman, I think it would appeal to women of all ages.
There were no lulls in the story. I enjoyed reading a script where everything made sense. It was well thought-out.
All the characters seemed to be very real to me. Their personalities "jumped" off the page. Dialogue and expressed emotions fit the characters and moved the story along at a good pace.
I am a fan of mysteries and I am usually able to figure out what will happen at the end. This story was somewhat of a mystery. Like the truly good mysteries, I was unable to determine how it would end.

The movie started off a little James Bondish, but that aspect of it only served to capture my attention. I thought the pace was pretty fast during the entire movie. At some points I wanted it to slow down a bit.
The first romantic scene was well-placed, however, the characters appeared to experience lust, not the beginning of love. They were "in love" by the second romantic scene and I felt they had reached the point where they would risk their life for each other, mainly because of their personalities, not because they were in love. I felt they had every reason to trust each other as comrades, but not much reason to fall in love. The falling in love was too formulaic.
The police officer arriving on the scene at Gold diggers had too much information to have remained at the scene. I wondered how he could have gotten prints from the gun when there was no indication that he had left the scene.
The professor's dialogue when she met who she thought was the Fuhrer was unnecessary. We had already heard it and the fake Fuhrer of course knew it. It didn't seem to be a stall tactic. I asked myself why she was saying all that. I thought it would lead to something, but I didn't see where it did.
The story was tight, well-researched. Overall, I thought the movie was very well done.
