This story, Samarang, grabs you by the seat of your pants from the first seconds and doesn't let go till the final "Fade Out". Action-adventure, more action-adventure -- the heart-pounding tension just won't let up. There's bravery and cowardice, cruelty and compassion, romance and treachery -- it's all there.

Could anything be improved? In several places the dialogue might be punched-up to match the intensity of the feelings and action.

Is Samarang a page-turner? Yes, if ever there was one. The script is so visual you can practically "see" the story unfolding in a flurry of passion and daring amidst a lush setting of love, fear, hostility....

Powerful story, great script.

This punch-up suddenly turns an interesting premise into something really cool. Love how the Samuel character has now become "Poor Richard" -- much smarter, less stereotype, and a real, key part of the team. Betsy's "patriotic cleavage" and sharp scissors make this a real revolutionary romp (Gee, those guys really did have some fun). Great job! I want to see the movie.
