About

Phillip T. Stephens is rumored to be the illegitimate son of Bob Dobbs, the world's greatest salesman. If it's true, none of that talent passed on in the gene pool because Stephens failed at a promising career in floor sales at Walmart, and a less-promising career giving away free cigarettes by phone for the Church of Scientology to lure prospective members (which is why he is now pursuing a career as a writer).

Even his wife Carol wonders if he isn't a hoax because like the Obama chair, "I can see signs of him but absolutely nothing of substance."

She supports Obama for President but wouldn't vote for Stephens if the Xists arrived and held nuclear powered ray guns to her head. When asked why she married him, she said, "You do stupid things when you're young," and, unfortunately, she can't find enough proof of his existence to get a divorce. We realize this tells you far more about Carol than Stephens, but what little we do know about him comes from a Scientology phone solicitation script and therefore may be as suspect as the author himself.

We are certain, however, that the Xists could kick the Thetans asses if push came to shove.

Andrei Tarkovsky and Chuck Jones, followed by Jean-Luc Godard and the Marx Brothers. I do hope to be successful enough to one day release Raising Hell as a three hour feature film with three endings as "Raising Hell Redux"
